Michael Paul Cartledge (he/him) is a practical theologian who studies who studies Christian formation, youth ministry, young adult ministry, Christian education, and neurodiversity. He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Scholar in Practical Theology and Young People at Princeton Theological Seminary and Adjunct Professor at New Brunswick Theological Seminary. His current research and teaching focuses on neurodiversity, faith formation, and young people’s ministries. He is the co-creator of Cultivating God’s Brainforest, an online course developed to help youth workers better understand the gifts of neurodiversity within the context of congregational ministry.
