As a part of the Ministry Collaboratory, your church will:
- Center the voices and leadership of young adults throughout the entire process
- Enlist a young adult (23-29 years old) and pastoral leader (as defined by the church) to guide the work on behalf of the church
- Commit to sending the young adult and pastoral leader to the retreat September 21-23, 2023 at Princeton Theological Seminary to launch the work of the Collaboratory. (Program cost, lodging, and meals are covered. Travel is the responsibility of churches.)
- Assemble a team of 4-6 church members to design and produce a Pop-Up Project outside of your church in your local community. Anticipated time commitment is 2 hours a week for 10-12 weeks as you design, host and debrief the Pop-Up event.
As a part of the Ministry Collaboratory, your church will receive:

- Online resources to expand your church’s capacity to dream
